Following on from the recent acquisition of Adept Automation, Aylesbury and merger with PTP, Cambridge, TestWorks Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of AGS Electronics, based in Dunfermline.
The acquisition of AGS Electronics adds surface mount and prototype PCB assembly to our existing manufacturing portfolio, and enhances our existing PCB, cable and harness assembly, box build and PCB layout capabilities, and also provides a new regional presence for other TestWorks Group services in Scotland and Northern UK.
AGS are a long-established Contract Electronics Manufacturer (CEM) who have been supplying companies in Scotland and throughout the UK with high quality assembled PCBs for over 10 years.
As with Adept Automation and PTP, AGS Electronics will remain at their Dunfermline site along with the existing management team.
In addition to the manufacturing capabilities highlighted above, TestWorks Group, based in Hitchin, Emsworth, Aylesbury and Cambridge, also provides electronic and mechanical design, bespoke automation and test solutions, software/firmware development and consultancy, with markets including defence, automotive, avionics, process control, wireless communications, fire, safety and security and power electronics.
