TestWorks Group has completed the design, manufacture and integration of an advanced power supply functional test system, which covers testing a military Unit Under Test (UUT) in various modes under load, and includes three-phase power factor, phase current and ripple and noise measurements. Software filters were used to post-process the data from PicoScopes, and DC loads of up to 3kW can be switched in to the UUT. The test program suite was written using National Instruments LabVIEW. This solution adds to our already comprehensive experience of developing and manufacturing automated high voltage, current and power solutions.
